Well faithful followers, here I am apologizing for a very extended leave of blogging absence. I have been joyfully preoccupied, first with enjoying the holidays, then with growing my sweet baby in the last few weeks of pregnancy, and then of course, enjoying our little miracle girl! The last few months have been filled with learning who our little Ruby Eve is, enjoying her precious babyness, and loving being new parents! We have had some fun sessions lately that I will be sharing in the weeks to come. For now, enjoy my lovely little redhead. :)

Well, how blessed are we here are BG Photo that we get to photograph people we grew up with and LOVE? Introducing my cousin Rick and his beautiful, joyful family! While on a recent family getaway to Nashville (very cool city btw!), we spent a lovely day walking around parts of the city, catching up on life, and enjoying some incredible barbecue (referred to in our home as "candy for adults")!

These are a few shots of my dear friends Jonah & Lindsay! They were married this past March and I was blessed to be a part of their wedding party. The day before their beautiful wedding we spent a few minutes running around town getting some shots of these wonderful love birds! Linz and I met in Ethiopia while I was working with impoverished women in Addis Ababa and we have been dear friends ever since! These two work tirelessly to communicate God's Love to lost and hurting young people each and every day. It is a beautiful thing to see. I am so thrilled that they have met the one they were made for and are and enjoying married bliss. Love you guys!
